Some of the best tech DJs are set to perform as the UK’s only music festival where the music plays around the clock returns.
The Houghton Festival is the brainchild of DJ Craig Richards, who launched the event in 2017, when he was 50 and moving away from the London music scene.
More than 200 artists will perform across 13 stages from Thursday to Sunday (August 10-13), with music playing somewhere on the Houghton Estate site at all times.
The festival gained traction among loyal followers of Mr Richards and lovers of underground music. This year's Houghton Festival will be only the fourth such event in seven years.
Around 12,000 revellers from across the world are expected to attend.
Houghton Hall is a 18th Century mansion built in the 1720s, which was home to Britain's first-ever prime minister, Sir Robert Walpole.

Mr Richards said: “The curation of the festival will always revolve around juxtaposition and variety.
“The care and consideration with which we present the music is incredibly important to us.
“The completed programming allows even greater possibilities for the inspired music lover and clearly defines Houghton as a unique place of wonder and discovery.”
