A pub in Norwich will soon open the doors to its new upstairs restaurant.
Ellen Grove and Jacob Emerson, both 26, reopened the Steam Packet in Cattle Market Street pub on New Year's Eve and following the success of the pub, they have renovated a brand new restaurant on the premises.
The menu will change a few times a week with a focus on creating little waste and serving seasonal, local produce.
Norwich-based suppliers Thatched House Farm, Howard and Sons fishmongers and Harvey's Butchers will have items on the menu which are prepared in a fully open kitchen.
Mr Emerson, who previously cooked at The Little Duck in Dalston, said: "It's really nice to see who is cooking and show the theatre of food.

"You can see people enjoying their meals - they are not just a number on a ticket.
"We wanted it to feel very comfortable and it's not fancy food, it's food people want to eat."
Henry Anderson, who has previously done pop-ups at Connaught Kitchen, will join Mr Emerson in the kitchen for three days a week.
The menu consists of dishes such as roast hake with samphire and brown shrimp butter and pork chops with green beans, shallots and capers.

Puddings feature homemade lemon sorbet and vodka and pistachio meringue with creme fraiche and cherries.
There will also be two sharing boards available, featuring large pies and steaks.
Miss Grove added: "We've really enjoyed being publicans and have lots of loyal regulars, particularly from King Street.
"We've done six months just the two of us so we are glad to have taken on some new staff recently."
Able to seat 20 people, the space is available for private parties on Saturday nights and mains cost in the region of £15 to £22.
The restaurant will be open to the public within the next few weeks, with the bar menu available now.
