The A11 was blocked following a crash.
Police were called to A11 at Elvedon at 7.02am today (August 2) following reports of a single-vehicle collision involving a car.
A man, aged in his 20s, was arrested on suspicion of drug driving and possession of a Class A drug and taken to Bury St Edmund’s police station for questioning, where he remains.
The road was blocked from London Road at the Forest Retail Park roundabout to the B1106.
There was slow traffic in the area during rush hour.
No one was injured.
