Plans have been revealed for 32 new homes in a Norfolk town.
Eoin Gallagher has applied to build a mixture of houses and flats on land south of Railway Road, at Downham Market.
A planning statement says: "The proposals provide a mix of dwelling types, including flats, semi-detached, detached and terrace housing."
Planning permission has previously been given for a similar development on the site, next to The Willows nature reserve, which was not progressed.

A design statement says: "The location provides good access to nearby services and facilities, many of which are within walking distance of the site and Downham Market train station is located approximately five minutes’ walk from the site."
It says the site is largely overgrown with scrub along with some mature trees on its boundaries.
The proposed development consists of two one-bed flats, two two-bed flats, two two-bed detached houses, six two-bed terrace houses, 10 three-bed semi-detached houses and 10 three-bed terrace houses.
A decision is expected from West Norfolk Council later this year.
