A new burrito bar will spice up the city when it opens along a historic street later this summer.
Plan Burrito was first started in Loughborough in 2018 by Steve Hopper and it serves a Tex-Mex menu.
The first franchise opened in London in early 2022 and it has since expanded to Hitchin, Guildford, Leamington Spa and Whitburn in Scotland.

On offer, to takeaway or eat-in, will be burritos, tacos and nachos, which can be customised with your choice of filling and sauces, with churros also available.

Simon Kemp, marketing manager, said: "We offer the best flavours of Mexico with a bit of a twist and our customers like that they can customise their meals - we are like a Mexican Subway."
Plan Burrito has won various food awards and Mr Hopper's goal is to expand the brand further with more franchises.
