Nothing says summer like sunflowers and you can pick your own at various farms across Norfolk in July and August 2023.
Ha Ha Farm, Strumpshaw
Where: Hemblington Road, Strumpshaw, NR13 4AH
When: July 31-August 14, weekdays: 12noon-4pm, weekends: 10am-4pm
Price: Free entry and parking, £2 per sunflower stem
Due to the success of its pumpkin patch at Halloween, this summer you can pick your own sunflowers at Ha Ha Farm for the first time, with dogs allowed on leads.
There will also be children's crafts to entertain youngsters and teas, coffees and cakes available to buy.

Crown Point Estate, Kirby Bedon
Where: Bungay Road, Kirby Bedon, NR14 8RX
When: Select dates from August 4-13, slots 10am-1pm/1.30pm-4.30pm, booking essential on the 'Crown Point Estate Sunflower Field' Eventbrite page
Price: Free entry and parking, £2 per stem, 3 stems for £5, 6 stems for £10
The Crown Point Estate is opening up eight acres of sunflowers, with plenty of photo opportunities, and picnics are encouraged - dogs are not allowed on the field.
Also available to purchase on the day will be face painting, flower transfers, glitter tattoos, Ronaldo's ice cream and a charity bake sale.

Grange Farm, Hockwold
Where: Burdock Lane, Hockwold, IP26 4JN
When: From July 31, open daily 10am-7pm
Price: Free entry and parking, 50p per stem (cash only) and bring your own cutters
This farm on the Norfolk and Suffolk border has brought back its pick-your-own sunflowers for 2023 and there is a fun path to follow through the sea of yellow, with dogs allowed on leads.
Also running every Wednesday in August from 5pm to 8pm are pizza nights and new for this year are sunflower workshops on select dates, with full details on the Grange Farm Norfolk Facebook page.
