Fancy your chance at getting a free dinner?
A handful of Norfolk restaurants are challenging customers to take on mountainous meals.
From 12-inch subs to super spicy hot wings - are you brave enough to take on these five Man v. Food-inspired challenges?
1. The Fatboy at Rasher's Snack Bar
Where: Rash's Green, Dereham, NR19 1JG
This huge deli-style baguette has a filling of three jumbo sausages, four rashers of bacon, mushrooms, onions and four fried eggs.
It stretches to 22 inches and those who manage to eat the sandwich - dubbed 'The Fatboy' - within 10 minutes get a free meal. Those left defeated by the sub must pay £8.50 to cover the costs.
It has 1,800 calories and only three people have ever beaten the challenge, the fastest time being seven minutes and 30 seconds.

2. The 100z steak challenge at The White Hart
Where: 2 London Street, Swaffham, PE37 7NP
The White Hart in Swaffham has created one of Norfolk's toughest challenges - to finish a 100oz prime locally sourced rump steak with chips, onion rings, mushrooms and tomatoes in under an hour.
Only one individual has conquered the steak - a YouTuber 'Beard Meats Food' who has gained two million subscribers for his food challenge videos.
The YouTuber is the only person to conquer the challenge individually, with only six people completing it as a pair.
Those taking it on as a pair are given a shorter time of 45 minutes to chow down the rump steak.
3. The hot wings challenge at Straight Outta London
Where: 414 Aylsham Rd, Norwich, NR3 2SA
The street-food van, started by UEA student Remi Mohamed has now taken residence at The Boundary pub on Aylsham Road.
There will be a long table and competitors must eat six wings within five minutes, before sitting without a drink or licking their lips for another five minutes.
The competition will be a knockout, with rounds getting hotter before one person is left and secures the £100 prize.
4. The 30-minute breakfast challenge at Russell's Diner
Where: George Edwards Road, Fakenham, NR21 8LN
The American-style diner in Fakenham offers its 'Platinum Platter' - a huge breakfast plate which customers have 30 minutes to eat, having to pay £25 if they can't finish.
With four sausages, four bacon rashers, four black puddings, four pieces of fried toast and another four pieces of regular toast, four fried eggs, four tomatoes and mushrooms chips and beans, this breakfast challenge isn't for the faint-hearted.
The Diner is open from 8.30am until 2.30pm and offers burgers, loaded fries and full English breakfasts - there are plenty of veggie options for those who don't like meat.
5. The Primal Burger challenge at Resist Vegan Kitchen
Where: St James Street, King's Lynn PE30 5DA
Resist Vegan Kitchen launched an eating challenge that you can have for free earlier this year - if you can finish it in under an hour.
Competitors will have one hour to complete the Primal Burger Challenge which consists of a single 2.5lb imitation meat burger patty with a giant toasted bun, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese - which weighs in at 7lbs in total.
The challenge can only be taken on by one person at a time, with an hour to finish and no toilet breaks.
