A pre-fabricated bungalow is set to be replaced by a four-bedroom house.
A developer named in council papers as S Campion has been given planning permission to demolish the property near Wisbech.
The bungalow, on Wisbech Road between West Walton and Walsoken, will be replaced by a four-bedroom, two-storey house.
A planning statement said: "The site comprises a detached bungalow with an associated detached garage.
"The bungalow is of poor quality both in terms of its visual appearance and in terms of its construction and energy performance."

It adds the replacement will be "of a traditional style, with characteristic features such as an external chimney stack, open porch and brick window arches".
It will be positioned on the same site as the bungalow and use the same access.
The land is enclosed by dense, mature landscaping which virtually screens the land from the road.
The statement says that this will be retained, while a large garden will be located at the rear of the site.
