After being owned by the same family for more than a decade, a popular Italian restaurant in Norwich is for sale.
Italia Nostra, on St Giles Street, is on the market for £100,000, after the current owners said they were ready to move onto other business ideas.
The company handling the sale said: “While the current owners have loved every minute of running the business, they have decided now is the time to focus on other business interests and pass the restaurant over to someone who can continue their success and give it the time and attention that it deserves.
“The business has been a firm favourite of the local community and serves an array of traditional, authentic Italian food, combining high-quality cookery with top-quality customer service.”
According to the listing by Paul Hubbard Commercial, the business comes with a “stylish” dining area which can seat 26 people, a fully stocked kitchen and cellar, plus six years left on its lease agreement.
There are also communal toilets which are currently shared with neighbouring businesses, with cleaning and maintenance covered by a £275 service charge each month.
