The trial of a 21-year-old accused of stabbing a man to death in Norfolk will start next week.
Junior Suleimane has denied murdering Felizardo Jose Viera-Balde, 23, on St Peters Road, Great Yarmouth on Wednesday, February 8.
Suleimane, of Market Place, Great Yarmouth, appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Thursday (July 13) via videolink from Norwich Prison for a pre-trial review.
Judge Anthony Bate said the trial, which is expected to last 10 days, would go ahead on Monday (July 17).
Will Carter appeared for the prosecution and Matthew McNiff on behalf of Suleimane.
As previously reported the murder has left local people in shock after the fatal attack happened in broad daylight just yards from Great Yarmouth's Golden Mile.
