Police found a drugs factory after they raided a holiday chalet rented by a woman for a romantic getaway, a court has heard.
Katie Wilkinson, 20, rented out a lodge at California Sands Holiday Park in Scratby, for a "romantic break" for her and her then partner Shellem Miah, 22.
However, Norwich Crown Court heard that when police entered the property, they discovered the Cambridgeshire couple, along with a "small scale class A drugs factory" with all the "paraphernalia associated with the production of such drugs".
Jude Durr, prosecuting, said Miah told officers it was him and "my girl has nothing to do with this" adding "me and my girl were forced".
Miah, of Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire, appeared for sentence on Monday (July 10) having admitted being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and diamorphine between September 9 and October 6 last year.
He also admitted possession of a kitchen knife, being concerned in the production of crack cocaine, possession with intent to supply diamorphine and possession of cannabis.
In addition he also admitted a separate bladed article offence related to Cambridge in 2021.
Wilkinson, also of Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire, had admitted two counts of permitting premises to be used for supplying a controlled drug of Class A.
Recorder John Hardy sentenced Miah to a total of four years imprisonment with Wilkinson, who he described as "very much the apprentice to your sorcerer (Miah)", getting a four month sentence suspended for nine months and fined £400.
Richard Mohabir, mitigating for Miah, said he became involved "because of drug debts and was set up by other people" and it was "accepted he was going to make a financial gain from it".
Oliver Haswell, mitigating, for Wilkinson, said she booked the chalet for her and her ex-partner for a genuine reason and it only became apparent after a day or two "what was going to happen there".
