A Norfolk coastal town has been named as one of the best places to live by the sea, according to The Sunday Times.
"Jolly" Sheringham was mentioned as a "sweet spot on the lovely north Norfolk coast".
It makes the list for reportedly being "smarter" than many seaside resorts in the east, but more affordable and attainable for many people than places such as Southwold, The Sunday Times report.
The quality of the shops, schools and cafés and access to a train station all make the town desirable, as well as "a community that keeps the place lively all year".
The Whelk Coppers gets a name drop as one of the best cafés in the town for "brilliant brunches", situated in old fishermen's cottages and adorned with ornate metal gates believed to have been designed by Walt Disney.

Holkham, Blakeney and Cromer are also mentioned due to being within close reach of Sheringham.
Things picked out to do include snorkelling on the chalk reef, the Viking festival and the New Year fancy-dress dip, as well as the Sheringham Shantymen who are a "reminder that life here really does revolve around the sea".
The average house price is quoted to be £334,000.
