A garden centre has been given the go-ahead to expand to cope with booming demand.
Baytree of Hilgay, on the A10 near Downham Market, has been given planning permission to extend its farm shop, replace its glasshouse and extend its restaurant, toilets and car park.
It said in a planning statement: "There has been an increase in the demand by customers for garden products and plants and the current outdoor plant sales area is too small.
"The proposed development will assist in supporting the rural economy through both providing jobs, capital investment and encouraging people to shop locally."

It added the expansion would create 15 jobs on the site, taking the number employed to 47.
The sales area will be extended from 1,190m to 3,000 sqm.
Baytree is also extending a canopy used to sell tender plants from 208 to 750 sqm and replace its glasshouse, which it says "is in poor condition and cannot viably be repaired".
It also plans to increase the number of parking spaces from 90 to 140 at the store.
