A food outlet has been put up for sale just eight months after opening in the city's Castle Quarter shopping centre.
Mamma Mia joined the mall's food court in November after owner Rocco Consiglio decided to expand the Norwich-based independent Sicily Trattoria.
But now Mr Consiglio has decided to sell the business for family reasons.
"I am going back to Italy," he explained.
"Something has happened in my family and I need to be with them in Bologna.
"I started this business in 2017 so I am sad to be leaving."
Mr Consiglio, who hails from Sicily, opened Sicily Market on the market in 2017 before moving to Bridewell Alley with Sicily Trattoria.
Mamma Mia, which serves pizza, pasta and other Italian food, was established with a plan to return to the business' market roots.

The sale listing describes Mamma Mia as a "highly profitable" business, with the leasehold available for £65,000 or the nearest offer.
It continues: "The sale includes fixtures, fittings and stock. This is a good opportunity to own a newly-established business that is currently active and thriving.

"The reason for the sale is that we are returning to Italy. Opening hours are from 11am onwards, seven days a week. Saturday and Sunday we stay open until 11pm.
"There are social media accounts included in the sale and currently partner with food delivery apps like Deliveroo, Just Eat and Uber Eats. We are willing to offer training opportunities to new owners."
The Castle Social food hall opened on the top floor of the shopping centre last October, including outlets such as Hank's Dirty and The Street Food Box.

Since taking over as centre manager in 2017, Rob Bradley and his team have transformed more than 83,000sqft of retail space into food and drink, leisure or entertainment use.
Speaking in May, Mr Bradley said: "We wanted to pivot from a traditional city shopping centre to a social, leisure and lifestyle hub, where we now have a 50-50 split between shops and leisure operators.
"We're in constant negotiations with new businesses looking for city centre space, but our priority is to bring in the right brands that will add to our already vibrant mix."
