Two teenagers arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of a woman in Pakefield have had their bail extended.
Officers were called just after 1.50pm on March 25 to reports that an elderly woman had been found lying on the floor in her home in Grayson Avenue following a robbery.
The incident is believed to have occurred between the evening of March 24 and the early morning on March 25.
Joy Middleditch, 82, was found conscious but in a serious condition and was taken to James Paget Hospital for treatment.
She later died in hospital in the early hours of March 27.
On March 31, two teenagers, aged 15 and 14, were arrested on suspicion of murder and taken to Martlesham police station for questioning.
The pair were subsequently released on bail, pending further enquiries.
Their bail has now been extended to August 28.
