People have been flocking to try the newest addition to Norfolk's food scene which opened this week.
The Blind Pig in Aylsham's Red Lion Street welcomed its first customers at the weekend after six months of preparation getting ready.
The venue, opening in one of the county's most up-and-coming towns, has been packed every night with dishes selling out.
It is the brainchild of couple Sean and Dana Portass, who have more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality trade, having run a large portfolio of restaurants, pubs and hotels.
Mrs Portass said: "I think everyone has been waiting for so long for us to open they were all really excited to come check us out.
"We have been full every night which is nice and we have had lots of positive feedback.
"It feels like we are getting into the routine and everything is falling into place."
The name Blind Pig is a homage to the former café, Piggy's, that once resided in the building and also harks back to the prohibition days in 1920s America when the name was associated with illicit drinking dens.
The venue offers a range of dishes available at lunchtime and the evening and it also offers a selection of wines, beers and cocktails alongside its food.
Its pork belly with N'duja roast fennel, pea and broad bean salsa, and its wild sea bass served with Cromer crab cake, samphire and tomato butter sauce have so far proven popular with customers, according to Mrs Portass.

She added: "Our lunchtime deals have also been a hit, where you can get two courses for £24."
"Hopefully the novelty that we are new won't wear off and people will keep coming back.
"Our staff have really pulled together and have done a fantastic job to make the opening a success. We are really grateful."
The Blind Pig is open Wednesday to Saturday between 11am and 11pm and on Sunday from 11am to 6pm.
