A weather warning for heat has been put in place for this weekend, as temperatures are set to rise further over the weekend.
The UK Health Security Agency have put the yellow alert in place from 9am this morning (Friday) to 9am on Monday.
It it predicted that temperatures will stay in the mid to high 20s over the weekend, possibly reaching 28C.
Night-time temperatures will also stay warm, staying at 20C and feeling humid.
The agency has warned of minor impacts to health are probable and there is the risk for increased use of health care services by vulnerable population.
Currently no rain or thunderstorms are forecast.
