An 18-year-old from Norwich is one of two more teens who have been arrested following the fatal stabbing of an 18-year-old from Wymondham.
The attack on Raymond James Quigley happened at 3.35pm on January 17 this year in Westgate Street, Ipswich, where the victim was approached by two other males and stabbed.
A second man, who was with the victim, was chased and threatened with a knife by one of the suspects during the incident but managed to escape unharmed. The suspects then made off from the area in different directions.
Police units and ambulance crews were quickly in attendance but the stabbing victim died at the scene.
A Home Office post-mortem examination concluded that Raymond James Quigley, known as James, sustained four stab wounds to the torso and died as a result of these injuries.
Two Suffolk 18-year-olds were arrested in connection with the attack on January 21 and taken into police custody for questioning.

Alfie Hammett, of Larkhill Rise, Rushmere St Andrew and Joshua Howell, of Wellington Street, Ipswich were charged with murder two days later and remanded to appear before magistrates the next day.
They remain on remand in youth detention awaiting trial, which is set to commence on December 11, 2023.
But on Tuesday (June 20), police arrested an 18-year-old man from Norwich and a 16-year-old boy from the Fenland area of Cambridgeshire on suspicion of murder.
They were both taken into police custody for questioning and have been released on bail until September pending further enquiries.
In a tribute, Mr Quigley's family said: “To say that we are devastated is an understatement.
“He was and always will be a beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson and nephew, as well as a much-loved friend. He will be missed forever.”
