Plans have been revealed for a new business park which could include a filling station, new restaurants and a hotel.
GC No27 Ltd has applied for outline planning permission to develop land at the junction of the main A47 and Cromwell Road, on the southern outskirts of Wisbech.
It says in a planning statement: "This application has been formulated to positively address the need for employment and commercial space in Wisbech.

"The site's location at the junction of Cromwell Road and the A47 makes it highly accessible to all areas of the town via the local and strategic road network.
"Cromwell Road is the north - south arterial route into Wisbech town centre, whilst the A47 is the primary trunk road, linking Wisbech with King's Lynn to the northeast, Peterborough to the southwest and March to the south."
Outline plans for a filling station on the site have already been agreed by Fenland council.
Details of the layout and make-up of the development will be the subject of a second application if outline permission is granted.
A decision is expected from Fenland later this year.
