The café at a heritage railway station has a new menu and manager, with a big focus on local produce.
The Dereham Station Buffet and Tearoom recently reopened at the Mid-Norfolk Railway and it has coincided with an upgrade of the kitchen facilities.
The new head of catering is Kate Wakefield, who was previously the catering manager for the Roman Catholic Cathedral in Norwich.

She has been given the task of developing the food and drink offering both on the platform and on the trains.
It now serves barista-style coffee, supplied by Coffee Express of North Walsham, alongside tea and soft drinks, sandwiches and toasties, sausage rolls and quiches and a range of cakes and scones made on-site.

The bread is sourced from Linzers Bakery in Norwich and the meat from Terry's Butchers in Dereham.
Kate said: "The railway has huge potential and the catering team is developing new ideas for our visitors - the new menu is just the start."
The Dereham Station Buffet is open 10.30am-2.30pm Wednesday to Friday and 9.30am-3.30pm at weekends.
