Flashbacks from last year's chaotic summer with a prominent city airline resurfaced as a man says he felt "like a second-class citizen" after a recent incident.
Dutch airline KLM, which operates out of Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam, regularly fly back and forth to Norwich Airport.
However, one passenger has slammed the airline after multiple delays and cancelled flights.
Mike Plant, who lives in Hockering, was returning from a golfing holiday, when he had to get a connecting flight from Amsterdam to Norwich, on June 19.
With the flight due to arrive at 5pm, Mr Plant was kept waiting for nearly two hours due to multiple delays, before finally departing the Schiphol runway at 6.48pm.

The 71-year-old and a friend also had a flight cancelled, costing them hundreds of pounds.
Mr Plant said: "I feel like a second-class citizen every time I fly either from, or to, Norwich because there's always something wrong.
"The most recent case was the delayed flight but we've also had issues before when an overnight flight to France was just cancelled out of the blue.
"It meant we had to re-book with another company at a different airport which cost another £800.
"You wonder how many issues KLM have had and if they've got any on-time reliability.
"If I'm looking to use Amsterdam as a hub to a global network, the chances of making my connection is nil."
KLM came under fire last year when passengers were warned of cancellations over the summer period at Norwich Airport due to staff shortages.

There were also reports of "absolute chaos" at Schiphol Airport with the company, as customers queued for more than four hours causing them to miss connecting flights to Norwich.
KLM and Norwich Airport both declined to comment when contacted.
Mr Plant worries that issues now may cause a repeat of last year's debacle, adding: "It seems like nothing has changed.
"It's just a gamble whenever you decide to fly with KLM.
"If Norwich Airport and KLM want to succeed then something needs to be done so that a reliable service is provided, otherwise it's destined to fail."
