From a colourful march through the city centre to live performances, here is all you need to know ahead of Norwich Pride 2023.
When is Norwich Pride 2023?
Norwich Pride returns to the city centre for its 15th year on Saturday, July 29.
What time is the march and what is the route?
The main event on the day is the Norwich Pride March, which will go through the city streets as a symbol of protest, visibility and strength in numbers.
It will once again be led by the huge Trans flag = held by local grassroots groups and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
After this will be people with accessibility needs, with assistance dogs welcome, followed by the sponsor's section, led by Aviva, and then The People's March that anyone can join- headed up by the giant Progress Flag.
The Pride March will leave City Hall at 1pm, with participants typically gathering from 12.30pm.
The route is as follows: City Hall, Gaol Hill, Exchange Street, Bedford Street, London Street, Davey Pace, Gentleman's Walk, Haymarket, Theatre Street and into Chapelfield Gardens.

Is Norwich Pride accessible to watch?
There will be a designated accessible viewing space on the balcony of Norwich Theatre Royal.
When the march arrives at Chapelfield Gardens it will head towards the Main Stage and there is a dedicated accessible space called Dean's Den for wheelchair users and those needing a clear view of the BSL signer.
What else is going on during the day?
There will be events happening all day at The Forum, along Theatre Street and in Chapelfield Gardens, with the full programme on the Norwich Pride website.
Highlights during the afternoon in the park include RuPaul's Drag Race star Just May and Queer-E-Oke.

Norwich Bus Station and Railway Station are both within walking distance of the city centre and there are various car parks nearby, including at The Forum and Chantry Place.
