The owner of a catering pod offering Hawaiian-style poke bowls is set to make waves with a summer pitch in Norwich.
Kate Oliver, 42, launched Poke Nom at Holt Sunday Market in summer 2021 and, as well as being a regular there, she goes to events across Norfolk.
She has now secured an outdoor pitch opposite Superdry at Chantry Place in the city and she will be there for a two-month trial from July 14 and then permanently if it is a success.

Her homemade poke bowls consist of rice, a protein, such as sushi salmon or teriyaki chicken, sauces and toppings.
She is also planning to offer Dole Whip, a vegan soft-serve pineapple dessert, and Açai smoothie bowls.

Mrs Oliver, who lives in Holt, said: "I'm really proud of what I have achieved on my own in two years.
"So many of my regulars kept asking when I would be coming to Norwich and then I found the perfect spot at Chantry Place."
All the products are nut-free and most are dairy and gluten-free too.
