Staff are putting the finishing touches to a seaside town's new QD store.

The shelves are filling fast in the value chain's new shop on the high street in Hunstanton.

It will be welcoming its first customers on Wednesday, June 21.

Area manager Chris Meale said: "We really focus on the local community, we're a Norfolk business and a family-run business as well.

"In many of our stores, the staff know the customers by name."

Manager Shane Elfleet, who came to QD from another store chain, said: "I've read a lot of comments which show Hunstanton needs a QD. I think it will thrive."

The ground floor of the building has had a complete refit since QD took over the premises from troubled fashion retailer M&Co last month, which includes bright new lighting and the company's trademark bright red decor.
