Young farmers competed for trophies as their inter-club Rally day "returned home" to the Norfolk Showground for the first time since 2019.
More than 400 Norfolk Young Farmers' Club (YFC) members, judges, stewards and helpers arrived at the venue outside Norwich to take part in more than 90 competitions.
Agricultural skills were put to the test including tractor driving, livestock breed identification, plough point changing and wiring a seven-pin plug.
New competitions included the construction and firing of potato cannons, cartridge art and scrap metal barbecues, as well as the sports programme of sack racing, plank racing, assault courses and "fittest farmer".
The day ended with a hotly-contested tug of war, with four teams qualifying to compete at the Eastern Area finals.
Although the event made it's post-Covid comeback last year, this year marked a first return to the Rally for the club's junior branch, the Norfolk Countrysiders.
Three clubs - Harleston, North Elmham and Wymondham - competed in a range of competitions on the stage, cooking, exhibits and sports.
Norfolk YFC's Rally chairperson Frances Roberson said: "It was fantastic to have the Norfolk Countrysiders rejoin the seniors this year at the Rally.
"Their competitiveness and enthusiasm were really encouraging to see, and promises that competitions will continue to be a priority for membership in the future.
"We are overjoyed to see so many members return to Rally for another year. While competition can be fierce it’s all in good fun and everyone gets well and truly stuck in."
The event also saw the return of national competitions in the form of floral art and "cooking for a day at the races", while fan favourites on stage included YFC’s Got Talent.
Clubs are now eagerly anticipating the results of the competitions, which will be revealed at the Rally Social event on June 10.
