Plans to build flats in a former town centre store have been given the go-ahead.
Debenhams on the High Street in King's Lynn has stood empty since it closed in 2020.
Now Starlow Investments has been given planning permission for four two-bed flats and one four-bed property on the first and second floors.
Its proposals included new windows and entrances to part of the Edwardian building facing Union Lane, along with a new lobby and staircase.

In a planning statement, Starlow said: "It is viewed that this proposal has a negligible impact on the High Street and the area in general.
"The development is wholly contained within the existing massing without adding any height or pertinent element to the existing building.
"It preserves and enhances the conservation area by bringing new character to Union Lane and by maintaining the existing features and details on the High Street."
The ground floor of the building, which is currently vacant, will remain for retail.
