There were delays on a town's high street this morning after a crash involving a lorry.
Police were called to the incident in Brandon High Street, outside of Riverside Lodge, at around 7am today (June 6).
According to reports on social media, the lorry crashed into a telegraph pole and there is debris across the road.
One person described the scene of the accident as "chaos".
Hotelier Matt Arnold, who runs Riverside Lodge, part of The Bridge Hotel in Brandon, said: "There was such a loud thump. The bridge shook, and the lights in the hotel flashed.
"It was just as we were serving breakfast this morning. We were very lucky indeed."
Officers from Suffolk police were called to the scene, but left the scene at around 9.40am.
