A pub beside an idyllic village pond is up for sale.
The George and Dragon at Wereham, near Downham Market, has gone on the market for £385,000.
Agents Sidney Phillips say the three-bedroom pub includes a bar, pool room and fitted kitchen.
It also has a letting annexe with three en-suite bedrooms, a beer garden, a patio and a private car park.

Although a stone's throw from the main A134, five miles from Downham, the pub stands on narrow Church Road on the banks of the pond in the centre of Wereham, which is known locally as The Pit'.
It is the last surviving pub of the four which once served villagers and workers on nearby farms.
The early 18th century building, with its arched doorways and pantiled roof, is Grade II listed.
It stands close to the 13th century Church of St Margaret of Antioch, which towers over the centre of the village.
