A broken-down vehicle was causing major traffic issues on the A11.
Reports suggest that the vehicle stalled on the road, southbound from the Browick Road junction at Wymondham at 7.03pm today, where major roadworks have the road down to one lane.
Owing to a broken down vehicle in the roadworks on the #A11 at #Wymondham, the A11 Southbound is fully blocked. Recovery is on the way to assist but heavy traffic is building up as a result, please avoid the area if at all possible #CCR #5224

The lane was closed between Attleborough and Wymondham, with Norfolk police tweeting at 8pm to confirm a recovery vehicle was on the way and asking drivers to avoid the area.
Eyewitnesses have reported that the broken-down vehicle is a lorry.
