The premises in Upper King Street, between Tombland and Prince of Wales, is up for auction with a guide price of between £275,000 and £325,000.
The prominent three-storey corner office, which was previously Shipman's estate agency, will be sold vacant with the potential to convert the upper floors into residential accommodation.
The building has a main sales office, secondary office and store room on the ground floor with a range of office suites on the upper two floors, as well as cellars.

The adjacent premises, in Bank Street, are going up for a guide price of £175,000 to £200,000.
The freehold property will be sold vacant, ready for a new owner occupier or investor.
The property has a ground-floor office with two further upper floors which provide office spaces, a kitchen area and a toilet, and there is also a large cellar which provides useful storage.
Both properties will be up for auction on June 14 at 11am, via livestream with Auction House.
