The British summer meets Mexico as a Norwich taco kitchen is shaking things up with a barbecue menu.

Max Denny, 29, launched Masa as a kitchen residency at The Warwick Arms pub in the Golden Triangle in November 2022, serving homemade corn tacos with a range of fillings and sides.

It has proved very popular, with many repeat customers, and now Mr Denny has established the business, he is launching new dishes for summer.

Mr Denny said: "I have had great feedback so far and I get customers that order a second round of tacos as they enjoyed them so much."

He will be moving from the kitchen into the pub garden from Saturday, May 27 and cooking the fillings for the tacos and corn on the cob on the barbecue.

The new taco fillings are skirt steak with chimichurri, lamb shoulder with salsa verde, barbecue celeriac with celeriac and apple coleslaw and barbecue chicken thighs in a traditional Mexican mole.

Mr Denny added: "I didn’t want things to get stagnant and I wanted to change things up and introduce new flavours and methods."
