A huge Gala Day is returning to Norfolk for its third year in 2023, with plenty to see both on the ground and in the skies.
The Thursford Collection, near Fakenham, will be holding a special event celebrating its founder, G.T. Cushing on Sunday, July 2 from 11am until 5pm.
The museum and grounds will be transformed into a showcase of mechanical organs, classic vehicles and vintage steam engines.

Highlights include the welcome return of Victory, the Showman’s engine, which will be in steam once again following a complete overhaul and restoration.
Thursford’s resident Wurlitzer and organist Robert Wolfe will provide the music for the day with special performances.

Taking to the skies will be two L4 Grasshopper Second World War planes, which will be providing displays (subject to weather conditions).
Thursford’s traditional shops and fairground rides will also be open on the day.
John Cushing, CEO at Thursford said: "Whether it is steam engines, organs, cars or fairground rides you are into, there is something for everyone."
