Four 'large' new homes have been given the go-ahead in a Norfolk village.
Phil and Wendy Ringwood already had outline permission for four new properties in St Germans, near King's Lynn.
Now the couple have had detailed plans for the site, off Mill Road, agreed by West Norfolk council planners.
They show four two storey, four-bed homes built along Mill Road next to Willow Farm, on what is currently farmland opposite the bowls club.

A planning officer's report, which recommended approval, said: "The development proposes the construction of four large detached two storey dwellings which front onto Mill Road.
"The dwellings are accessed via two shared entrances. Each plot includes attached garages with a parking and turning area to the front, and private amenity space to the rear of the dwelling."
The report says there is no known contamination on the site and adds: "We have reviewed our files and the site is on land that is not seen developed for the duration of our records."
