Plans have been revealed to convert an unused seaside restaurant into new flats.
In plans submitted to North Norfolk District Council this week, the applicant has put forward proposals to turn the ground floor of The View Restaurant, in Mundesley, into two new flats.
The former eatery closed in September after the owner was forced to let it go due to personal reasons and it has since remained empty despite seeking new owners.

The restaurant originally opened in the summer of 2021 following a "huge" refurbishment to modernise the building - which also included the two flats above.
The plans would see two new two-bedroom flats built on the ground floor with patios.
The new ground-floor flats would add to the two first-floor flats already above the property, which each has private balcony areas with panoramic coastal views.
According to the planning statement, the Beach Road location is a "modern building of no historic interest, and the change of use will have little effect on the street scene".
