Five new homes could be built in a Norfolk village.
An application has been submitted by Chris Spragg to develop land off Chequers Road in Pott Row, near King's Lynn.
He said in a planning statement: "The proposal includes demolishing the existing house and buildings, upgrading the access and creating a new shared driveway for four of the five dwellings, and creating a new access for the dwelling at the front of the site.
"Each dwelling will have it own garden and parking for a suitable number of cars.

"The vision for the proposal is to create a sustainable new living environment, which promotes an active lifestyle, a sense of wellbeing and a place that any future owner or occupier would be proud to call their home."
Plans submitted to West Norfolk council show three and four-bed homes arranged in a cul-de-sac.
The statement says the site is close to shops, schools, pubs, churches, a play area and bus stops.
A decision is expected later this year.
