Part of the A143 was closed following a serious two-vehicle crash.
Police were called at 2.14pm today (May 5) to reports of a crash near the Cherry Lane Garden Centre at Belton.
The A143 was closed from the Belton crossroads.
An air ambulance and fire and ambulance crews are also at the scene.
The extent of any injuries is currently unknown.
Police were asking drivers to avoid the area.
