A busy road in north Norfolk is to close for a number of days due to roadworks costing £85,000.
Norwich Road in Edgefield, near Holt, will be shut on several days this month in order for surface dressing to be carried out.
The works are part of an ongoing project to improve the surface of 280 miles of Norfolk's roads.
The B1149 will be closed on May 9 for road stud removal overnight from 7pm.

This will be followed by surface dressing carried out on May 15 between 9am and 4pm.
The final works, which include road marking and road stud replacements on May 23 overnight, starting from 7pm.
Drivers are urged to drive slowly on the road following the works in order to help the new surface settle in.
A signed diversion route will be in place while the roadworks are carried out.
