A dilapidated terrace property could become a new cafe.
Developers named in planning papers as Mr Jheatle and Mrs Schmid have applied to convert the building on Westgate, in Hunstanton.
A planning statement says: "The proposal is for a mixed use development in a building that has been empty for over a year and found in an advanced state of dilapidation.
"The reinstatement of the building asset will bring benefit for the immediate town context and the community as a whole as well as offer more attraction and choices to visitors from elsewhere."

The statement adds the ground floor would become a cafe serving up to 44 customers at a time, with two one-bed flats above it.
"The business will be family run," it says. "The cafe will offer a variety of French and English specialties prepared with locally-produced ingredients, providing extra choices for locals in addition to helping the local economy."
A decision is expected from West Norfolk council later this year.
