The body of a woman has been found inside a property in Dereham.
Police were called to Warren Place on Wednesday, April 26, shortly after 1.30pm, following concerns for the safety of a resident.
Paramedics attended but the woman, aged in her 20s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
A file will be prepared for the coroner.
A spokeswoman for Norfolk Constabulary said: "The woman had had recent police contact prior to this incident.
"Therefore, in line with standard procedures, the Professional Standards Department has completed a referral to the Independent Office of Police Conduct."
