A beach hut in Hunstanton is up for sale for £65,000 amid a 50pc price rise in Norfolk for the seaside staple. 

New research has revealed that the average asking price for beach huts in the county has risen by more than £10,000 since 2022.

It has wooden double doors which open to the veranda and act as a windbreak.

Inside there is a main space, a kitchenette and a small changing area or storage space.

It is accessed via Sea Lane and is a short walk from the golf club.

Average beach hut prices in Norfolk have gone from around £23,000 in 2022 to around £35,000 in 2023.

This is an increase of 48pc, according to property information site Moverly using data from Beachhuts.com, Trovit and Beachhuts4hire.co.uk.

The national average price saw an increase of 43pc in the same period, which translated to around £15,000.
