A paddleboarding company has announced it will be expanding to a new location in Norfolk, offering evening paddles and social meet-ups.
Norfolk Paddle Boards will be operating from The White Heron, at Brundall as they open The Cut - hiring paddle boards and running events.
The nighttime paddles will be escorted by trained paddleboarders of the British Canoe Association and aim to be a social and tranquil experience.
Elsewhere in Norfolk, the company's Redlion Bishopgate location has been made an AquaPaddle centre and will be hosting the charity's free 5km timed paddle - described as the equivalent of Park Run.
The paddle will run every other Sunday, starting in May and is sponsored by the British Canoe Association.

"The nighttime paddles are a beautiful way to enjoy the stars and nature - perfect to stargaze and listen to nature while you relax and unwind in the tranquil environment.

"There is a big community focus here, with Broom Boats keen to open up the marina. We will be offering a social paddle once a week for people to enjoy each other's company and where we live."
The Cut - which is right by the train station or walkable from the city - is on the same stretch of river as Norfolk Paddle Boards' other Norwich locations of The Redlion Bishopgate and The Rivergarden.
The Cut will open on May 29 with paddleboards to hire from £15 to £20 for two hours. Evening paddles will range from £20 to £30.
