A Norfolk caravan park is revelling in its success after being named one of the best sites in the UK.
Pinecones Caravan and Camping near Dersingham was named the best holiday park in the East of England and the fifth best in the country by Practical Caravan.
The site, which is open every month of the year, provides a relaxing setting for taking in the sights of Norfolk, with Holkham and Snettisham beaches nearby.
Sharon Forster, the site manager, said: "We've been unusually busy this year and our site has even seen a higher number of customers in January and February.
"Usually, the colder months are quieter, but not this year.
"People can't afford to go abroad at the moment, so instead people are coming to us.
"We're thrilled to have come where we came in the rankings and we can only improve and get better - next year we hope to reach the top spot."

Pinecones describes itself as a family-friendly campsite surrounded by "stunning natural scenery".
The site has plenty of pitch types to choose from, including luxury pitches with heated picnic huts, as well as accommodation pods.
It also prides itself on its modern facilities including washrooms, laundry areas and a children's play area.
Ms Forster added: "We're hoping to see the holiday park get busier and busier. The whole team sees themselves as one big family.
"The thing that makes us stand out is our facilities and the atmosphere at the park.
"We often have music playing and everyone feels at home here."
The campsite, which was also ranked as the best site for pets in the UK, has designated dog walking areas and a dog shower.
