A treasured community pub in north Norfolk that shut earlier this month will be back serving pints in May.
The Star Inn at Lessingham, near Happsiburgh, closed its doors on April 2 after the landlords decided to step away following four years at the helm.
But the pub has now been taken on by Susan Winter who had previously run the business for 10 years.
Ms Winter said: "We are hoping to open the pub as soon as possible but we have quite a bit of work to do to get it ready for the reopening.

"We should be ready to open in early May but we will let the public know as soon as we have a date finalised."
The news comes as a breath of fresh air after multiple pub closures around Norfolk in the past few months.
The Green Dragon, which closed in February, recently reopened after being taken on by Victoria and Grahame Macdonald, who run the Cellar House in Eaton and the Old Ram in Tivetshall St Mary.
