Norfolk has been named one of the best staycation spots in the UK, beating popular holiday locations such as the Isle of Wight and Dorset.
The county came seventh in a new survey conducted by Sykes Holiday Cottages.
The report found that countryside breaks are becoming one of the most popular types of vacation, making Norfolk an attractive location to would-be holidaymakers.
It also has plenty of beaches to offer, with Wells-next-to-the-sea being voted as one of the most romantic towns for a couples break.

Graham Donoghue, chief executive of Skyes Holiday Cottages, said: "After city breaks took the top spot for a UK getaway in 2022, this year travellers are yearning for cosy cottages and countryside breaks in locations away from tourist hotspots."
Yorkshire was voted as the top most desirable vacation hotspot, with Cornwall, the Scottish Highlands, Cumbria and Northumberland making it into the top five.
The report also found that East Anglia is the third fastest-growing region for summer holiday bookings in 2023.
Norfolk topped the list of the five lesser-visited UK regions Brits would most like to visit.
