An illegal rave at an abattoir in Banham which has been ongoing for much of the weekend has finally been shut down by police.
The event, which got under way on Saturday night, was not stopped by police until around 4pm today.
Revellers had set up a huge speaker system inside the abattoir which reached the ceiling.
During the night, police cut off the generator system and music was halted.
However, the rave organisers managed to restart the system and the music carried on well into Sunday afternoon.
Witnesses reported six police cars and around a dozen officers standing at a distance from the ongoing festivities.

Jeff Burrell, chairman of the local parish council, said: "I drove past at about 11am this morning, police were standing off at a safe distance but there were still people outside the abattoir.
"They were smoking and drinking but there wasn't any sign of trouble or problems. There were around six police cars and a dozen police personnel standing back from the revellers."
At around 8.45am today, police called the fire service to send units to the village to help them deal with the incident.
Crews from East Harling, Attleborough and Diss went to the scene.
After the rave ended, the speakers were left at the site.
Police said they were waiting for the owners to come forward and that if no one did, the equipment would be destroyed.
No serious disturbances were reported by any members of the public.
