A man is to appear in court after a car overturned in a crash on the A143.
Police were called to a report of a single-vehicle crash near Bungay at 12.40am on Saturday, April 15, in which a Vauxhall Corsa had overturned.
A man was located walking further along the road, who officers suspected to have been the driver of the car.
He failed a roadside breath test and was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.
Following a hospital check-up, he was taken to Great Yarmouth police station.
He refused to provide two evidential samples of breath.
A 24-year-old man was subsequently charged with failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis and was bailed to appear at Great Yarmouth Magistrates’ Court on June 14.
