A female-only gym is celebrating girl power after a successful first two years.
Leigh Purling, 32, opened Live Well With Leigh at the Maltings Meadow in Ditchingham during the coronavirus pandemic, after seeing a niche in the market for a female-only gym.
But despite worries the endeavour was a risk amid national lockdowns, the first two years have been a smash hit.
There is "something for everyone" with a range of fitness classes, including boxing, self-defence, yoga and pilates.
While "always looking to expand things" and reach more people, Miss Purling aims to grow her group of personal trainers and class instructors this year.
She said: "I have had lots of women say it has been really good having a space locally which is female-only, to come and work out without feeling self-conscious.
"It is good to see women becoming friends and supporting each other.
"It all stemmed from how I felt when I started going to the gym and feeling self-conscious and it is great seeing women progress who may not have set foot in a gym before.
"I opened in covid so I had no idea how things were going to go. I knew it was a risk, but you only regret the things you don't do."
Memberships for gym-only costs £22; classes-only memberships are £27; and for both, it costs £37.
