A man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Lowestoft.
Officers were called just after 7.30pm on Monday to reports that a man had been stabbed in Minden Road.
The victim, aged 24, was taken to James Paget University Hospital in Gorleston for treatment and he has now been released from the hospital.
Jamie Deamer, 18, of Ethel Road in Lowestoft has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, affray and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
He was taken to Great Yarmouth police centre for further investigations.
Deamer remains in police custody and will appear before Suffolk Magistrates' Court on Wednesday morning.
