The new head chef at a pub in one of Norfolk's prettiest villages is aiming to make local produce the star of the show.
The Hoste Arms in Burnham Market, which is also a hotel and spa, has just welcomed Andy Smith, 37, on board.
He previously worked as a catering consultant for events and he has moved from Surrey to Norfolk for this opportunity.

While the pub already utilised the produce on its doorstep, Mr Smith would like to take this even further.
He said: "The Hoste has amazing potential and I would like to elevate and refine the food to create a farm-to-table kind of experience.
"The feedback on the new menu so far is very good."
It is part of The City Pub Group which has 43 venues in southern England and Wales.
