The new landlords of a "run down" village pub are turning its fortunes around having reopened its doors earlier this year.
Banham's Garden House is going from strength to strength and hopes to become the heart of the community" with family-friendly events and a welcoming atmosphere.
Husband and wife team Stuart and Lindsey Kendall, took on the venture after being frustrated at the lack of places they could visit in the local area to enjoy a meal with their five children.

"Finding something to eat locally within 10-15 miles of our home was really difficult," said Mr Kendall.
"The cafe in the village had closed down and there wasn't much around nearby so we wanted to change that and give back to the community.
The locals have really got behind us already and they have been really impressed with what we have done with the place.
"We hope to be the heart of the community once again."
The Garden House is the first pub the pair have run, having reopened it at the end of January after it underwent a £65k refurbishment.
Mr Kendall, who also runs a plumbing business added: "The pub was in a bit of a ruined state but now we hope it is a place for everybody to feel welcome, whether visiting for a slice of coffee and cake or an evening meal and drink.
"We serve traditional pub grub all freshly prepared and also plan to host live music, family events and we have also invested in a pool table."

Over the Easter break, children can get involved with a number of activities, including learning how to bake a cake with the head chef.
There are also plans for a big party for the King's coronation in May.
"We have two big beer gardens which we hope will be full of people over the summer and we are planning some huge events," said Mr Kendall.
"We've really appreciated all the support so far."
